About the Medical Centre

South Kempsey Medical Centre (SKMC) is deeply committed to not only closing the gap in the availability of medical services to the local community but also being a part of the growth story of the Macleay Valley. This fully accredited Medical Centre is currently hosting four male and two female General Practitioners as well as audiologists, psychologists and other allied health professionals. There are a couple of pathology collection centres next door along with an Imaging-Radiology facility. Our skilled and experience team of admin and nursing staff strive to support the doctors and allied health professionals in providing excellent care to the patients.

Considering the need of more GPs and access to specialist services, we strive to host more doctors in the near future. We are currently in the process of expanding our services by building a multi-faceted medical centre at the corner of Lachlan and Middleton Streets in South Kempsey.
